Recommended Dose: Take 1-2 full dropper serving size in the morning and/or night for maximum relief.  After three days of use, adjust amount as needed. Add to your coffee, tea,  smoothie, under the tongue or even directly to pain areas on the skin.
 
Effects are felt within 45 mins -1.5 hour and may vary depending on each individual.

    AMAZING!

    I use these in the evening, maybe 2 hours before I go to bed when I don't want to use THC. I feel super relaxed and chill.
